**GUEST EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST - A&B**

La posición se encargará de la atención directa a los clientes del Restaurante, poniéndole suma importancia a los estándares de servicio que nos caracteriza, así como los upsells que requiere el área. Asimismo estará encargado de la operación y atención en los eventos y banquetes que pudieran presentarse en el hotel. Adicionalmente se encargará de atender los pedidos de Room Service y será encargado de cobrar sus propios pedidos asumiendo el rol de caja. Por otro lado, en caso de requerirlo, colaborará con la atención al área de Recepción.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios técnicos o superiores en la especialidad de Administración Hotelera y Turismo.
- Será apreciado conocimiento del Sistema Simphony/Opera.
- Actitud proactiva para identificar las necesidades del cliente.
- Excelente disposición de servicio al cliente.
- Horarios rotativos de acuerdo a operación
- Dominio de Inglés nível intermedio.

Para asociados internos, mínimo seis meses en la posición actual y no tener acciones disciplinarias.

No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success - creating a safe work place, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Guest Experience Specialists will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience Specialists - to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
