Una importante **Agencia de Marketing** se une a nuestro portafolio de clientes y está buscando sumar al próximo **Software Engineer (Especializado en LangChain)** a su equipo.

**¿A quién buscamos?**
- Grado en Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado.
- Experiência en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web y tecnologías de IA.
- **Más de 3 años de experiência** en desarrollo de software back-end.
- Experiência con **Typescript, Python y Rust.**:

- Experiência con Frameworks de IA y Machine Learning**:LangChain**, HuggingFace, OpenAI, Pinecone, TensorFlow, Pydantic.
- Manejo de Base de Datos: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, AWS RDS.
- Infraestructura y Plataformas en la Nube: EC2, ECS, S3, AWS Lambda, AWS Fargate.
- Sólidos conocimientos en arquitectura orientada a microservicios.
- Inglés: nível intermedio-alto.

**¿Qué harás en tu día a día?**
- Desarrollar y mantener agentes conversacionales basados en AI utilizando los paquetes de LangChain y Phyton.
- Mejorar las abstracciones centrales y el runtime de los paquetes LangChain y LangGraph.
- Mejorar la documentación para asegurar que sea clara, precisa y útil para los usuarios.
- Construcción de RAG y pipelines agentes de grado de producción (búsqueda híbrida, evaluaciones, etc.)
- Colaborar estrechamente con otros equipos para asegurar la integración y el rendimiento óptimo de las soluciones desarrolladas.

**¿Qué ofrecemos?**

**Horario**. De lunes a viernes de **8:00am a 6:30pm**, con una hora de refrigerio.

**Modalidad.** Híbrido (2 veces por semana - Magdalena del Mar) / Remoto en caso de residir fuera de Lima.

**Contrato.** RH 3 meses
