**GUEST EXPERIENCE EXPERT - FRONT DESK**
La posición se encargará de la atención directa a los clientes en recepción, poniéndole suma importancia a los estándares de servicio que nos caracteriza así como los upsells. Adicionalmente, en caso de requerirlo, colaborará con la atención al área de Alimentos y Bebidas.
**Requisitos**:
- Estudios técnicos o superiores en la especialidad de Administración Hotelera y Turismo.
- Conocimiento del Sistema Opera.
- Deseable experiência previa en Front Office.
- Excelente disposición de servicio al cliente.
- Horarios rotativos de acuerdo a operación
- Dominio de Inglés nível avanzado.
- De ser asociado interno, seis (6) meses mínimos en la posición actual y no tener acciones disciplinarias recientes

Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience Experts - to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
