Food Runner

We are currently seeking individuals to fulfill the **Food Runner** role on behalf of a client in Saudi Arabia.

Be part of the pre-opening team for a restaurant located in one of the most exceptional districts in Riyadh.
- **About you**:_
- Proven work experience as a food runner in a luxury fine-dining restaurant (mandatory).
- Attentiveness and patience for customers.
- Being fluent in English is mandatory.
- Hold a valid passport.
- Be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
- **About the role/responsibilities**:_

As a Food Runner, it's paramount to deliver orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately.

You serve as the liaison between the front and back of the house staff and relay food orders to chefs while taking into account priorities and special requests, such as food allergies.

Additionally, you help the wait staff set tables by fetching and arranging necessary tableware, utensils, and napkins.

Upon guests' arrival, you offer welcome drinks and hors d'oeuvres while ensuring food is served in adherence to safety standards, including temperature control.

You regularly check in with customers to take additional orders or refill water as needed, remove dirty dishes and utensils, and answer inquiries about ingredients and menu items.

Furthermore, you relay customer feedback or requests to restaurant staff, for instance, when guests request a check.

Finally, you make sure families with young children receive kids' menus and special silverware sets.

- This job opportunity offers a monthly salary range of $1000 to $1200 USD, with company-provided accommodations (shared room and furnished) and transportation.
- The work schedule includes 9-hour shifts for 6 days a week, with health insurance provided by the company.
- Additionally, the company provides an annual return flight ticket for the employee and a renewable 2-year contract period.
