**The Opportunity**

Support Peru Business by providing legal counsel to the different teams whileacting as business partner on the development on their plans and manage the company legal processes ensuring the business continuity

**Responsibilities**:
**Your Impact**

As Legal Associate Attorney your scope will consist of:

- Legal strategy for contracts in Peru in terms of: services, marketing, agriculture, advertising, CAPEX, as the main ones for Foods & Beverages businesses
- Manage correct practices in terms of distributors: contract review, contractual termination mechanisms.
- Active participation on behalf of Legal in relevant projects for the operation of Peru: Transformation of the Distributor Scheme, Legal Processes with reputational background.
- Manage and approval of material from the Peru Operation (labels, packaging through Dragonfly) and advertising (Sprinklr)
- Leadership of the Digital Agenda for Andean Countries.
- Manage the payments process and administrative inquires from the team.
- Manage the commercial legal documents from the Peru’s Operation (Shareholders Book - Libro de Actas).
- Engage and manage outside counsels.
- Strong interaction with collaborators and Managers from the whole Peru’s Operation.
- Co-Lead the Licences & Permits Committee, as a way to improve better practices and reduce the risk of fees for these matters

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Education: JD - Major in Corporate Law desirable
- Experience:

- 3 years of relevant legal experience, including peruvian prestige law firms or/and in-house experience with transnational companies.
- A comprehensive understanding of contract law, marketing law, legal processes (judiciary and administrative).
- Previous experience in inspections and dealing with public officials
- negotiation of contracts of all kinds (supply, lease, services, etc.)
- Strong business orientation and excellent judgment in balancing risk taking with specific business guidance combined with unquestioned integrity.
- English: Advanced
