3D Stylized Texture Artist

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Art Department to develop textures that are integral to Seedworld's visual development, ensuring they align with the project's artistic style.
- Create both hand-painted and procedural textures based on reference art and target imagery under the guidance of the Art Director.
- Work alongside Art Directors, Technical Artists, and team members to understand technical requirements and streamline the texture creation pipeline.
- Explore procedural texture development techniques and implement them in production settings.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in hand-painted and procedural texturing, preferably in the gaming industry.
- A solid understanding of texturing, look development, and the creation of procedural textures.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling requirements (UV, Bake, and Texture Layout) and common texturing workflows.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Good artistic eye to complement the technical knowledge and ease collaboration with the Art Director.
- Fast, organized, collaborative and able to handle feedback.
- Fluent level in English along with understanding production values, deadlines and priorities.
- Shader development experience in Unreal would be an appreciated plus.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Knowledge of developing shaders in Unreal.
