**Job Description**:
We are looking for Sr Engineers with strong AI & Machine Learning experience **to incorporate into our talent pool for future vacancies**.
**Qualifications**:
**This opportunity is only available for applicants **currently living in North America or Latin America (Nearshore team).**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field.
- Broad understanding of the mathematical foundations behind machine learning and artificial intelligence, including linear algebra, calculus, statistics, and probability theory.
- Experience using popular machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, R, C++ or Go as well as SQL skills to work with large datasets.
- Experience of 4 to 10 years in AI and Machine Learning projects.
- Hands-on experience in building, training and optimizing machine learning models such as neural networks, classification, regression and clustering algorithms.
- Knowledge of cross-validation techniques, feature selection and model evaluation to ensure system quality and performance.
- Experience implementing machine learning models in production environments, including performance and scalability optimization.
- Experience with cloud/big data technologies such as GCP/AWS/Azure, Hadoop, Spark, Kubernetes.
- Experience with data modeling.
- Advanced English level, written and spoken.
**Additional knowledge**:
- Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised and reinforcement machine learning concepts.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision algorithms and techniques.
- Experience in the design and development of deep learning and recommender systems.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development practices, such as DevOps and CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex challenges related to machine learning.
