**Role Overview**:
As a **Sales Trainer**, you’ll be essential in training and improving our sales team. Responsibilities include:

- **Design & Deliver Training** - Create engaging materials and sessions.
- **Enhance Sales Skills** - Train new and existing employees.
- **Monitor & Improve Performance** - Observe, provide feedback, and implement strategies.
- **Develop Sales Strategies** - Analyze trends and refine sales approaches.
- **Collaborate with Teams** - Work closely with management and legal teams.
- **Assess Training Effectiveness** - Continuously improve programs.

**Requirements**:

- **Bilingual (English/Spanish)** - Strong communication skills.
- **Experience** - 6+ months as a **Call Center Trainer (Sales preferred)**.
- **Tech Skills** - Google Classroom, Blackboard, Google Slides, Canva, Excel, and Google tools.
- **Hardware** - Dual-screen monitors, 40 Mbps wired internet, and a suitable PC/Laptop.

**Preferred Qualifications (Desirable, not mandatory)**:

- **Degree** - HR, Sales, or related field.
- **Experience** - Sales in immigration law/services.
- **Certifications** - Business leadership, eLearning, or adult education.
