**Ihre Herausforderung**
- Sie gestalten während der nächsten fünf Jahre die strategische Weiterentwicklung der AHK und setzen wichtige Impulse für eine nachhaltige wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit in beiden Ländern und in der Region und stärken dabei die Mitgliederbasis.
- Sie repräsentieren die Interessen der deutschen Wirtschaft in Peru. Dazu festigen und erweitern Sie das bestehende Netzwerk zu Wirtschaft, Verwaltung und zu Vertretern der Politik beider Länder und fördern damit die bilateralen Wirtschaftsbeziehungen.
- Sie gestalten und pflegen eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Industrie
- und Handelskammern (IHKs), den deutschen Fachverbänden, dem Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz (BMWK) sowie den staatlichen Institutionen der deutschen Außenwirtschaftsförderung auf Bundes
- und Länderebene.
- Sie entwickeln das Leistungsangebot der AHK unter der Marke DEinternational konsequent weiter für deutsche Firmen und Mitglieder vor Ort. Sie erschließen neue Geschäftsfelder und positionieren so die AHK als innovativen und kompetenten Dienstleister in Deutschland und Peru.
- Sie gestalten und koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitgliedern und den ehrenamtlichen Gremien der AHK und unterstützen gemeinsame Initiativen und Projekte.

**Ihr Profil**
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem und/oder juristischem Schwerpunkt.
- Sie haben langjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Außenwirtschaftsförderung und in Unternehmen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit öffentlichen Stellen in Politik und Wirtschaft, Verbänden und Institutionen, idealerweise im oder mit dem Kammernetzwerk.
- Sie verfügen über das notwendige Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit Politik und Verwaltung.
- Sie verfügen über hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz und relevante Führungserfahrung.
- Sehr gute spanische und englische Sprachkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung.
- Sie sind eine unternehmerisch denkende und dynamisch handelnde Persönlichkeit. Als Führungskraft verfügen Sie über einen ausgeprägten finanziellen Sachverstand und agieren flexibel und zugleich durchsetzungsstark.
- Sie bringen die Kreativität für die Entwicklung neuer, marktorientierter Dienstleistungen mit und sind erfahren in der Identifizierung neuer Potenziale am Markt.
- Überzeugende Präsentation, ein sicheres Auftreten sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Kooperationsfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
