**Company**:
One of the leading Smart Parking Solutions Providers is planning to undertake an ambitious expansion through Asia & Middle East. The company is looking for an Export Manager.

**Important**:This position requires extensive travel (75% of the time) and excellent written & spoken communication in English.**

**Position**:
You will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for decision-making, profit & loss, and maximizing sales revenue in the Asian and Middle East markets.

In close collaboration with the Head of Sales, you will develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies that will ensure market penetration in the assigned territories.

Your functions will range from developing customer accounts, identifying & coordinating channel partners, to potentially building & managing your own sales team.

**Key Areas of Responsibilities**:

- Define key business objectives and strategies. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate the assigned territories.
- Manage the entire sales cycle (including post sale account management), manage sales pipeline and identify new business leads.
- Detect, analyze and implement business opportunities through the development of strategic channel partnerships. Work with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
- Prepare sales proposals, develop budgets and financial analysis, prepare internal approval documents, follow up and finalize case studies.
- Establish a close collaboration with headquarter teams (managers, engineers, technical support, etc) to ensure the delivery of project results in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the growth of the business; manage business operations and deliver above quota sales performance
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Provide regular feedback about marketplace and competitor activities.
- Reach and exceed sales targets

**Profile**:
Bachelors degree or equivalent, Masters degree preferred.

**Fluency in English** is required. - _any other languages are a plus_.

**Experience Required**:

- Sales experience required, with 3-5 years experience in key account management or business development roles.
- **Proven track record** **in achieving sales results.**
- **Previous experience in negotiating with airports, retail centers, hospitals, and municipal facilities**.
- Previous experience in strategic partner development or channel management will be a plus.
- Experience of strategic, operational budgeting and financial planning (ROI, IRR, NPV etc.) will be a plus.
