**As a Client Servicing Agent [English & Hindi Speaking] at Flipster**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Handling user enquiries including**:

- Account registration and account management
- KYC related enquiries
- Promotion and Event related enquiries
- Wallet and Asset related enquiries
- ** Managing escalation and follow up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders**:

- ** Community management and providing support across multiple channels**

**Qualifications**:

- ** Business-level proficiency in both Hindi and English to liaise with Hindi-speaking stakeholders**:

- Prior experience working in a cryptocurrency exchange
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment
- Experience with financial trading, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Preferred**:

- Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
- Experience with Zendesk, Slack, and Sumsub
- Community management or support experience
- Experience working at a high growth startup/tech company
