**About The Role**
As **Category Manager Expert** you will be responsible to develop and implement advanced Catman processes for Key DT Customers, support and develop execution tools for all CatMan services. This role will support the customer team in the generation and development of growth strategies for our categories. You will lead and maintain a strong relationship with and guarantee we have our fair SOS in all banners. Implement shopper strategies and solutions that improve the shopping experience and grow the category sales and profitability for top customers across the region. Elevate category Knowledge with our customers via buyers inductions, evolution of PR Letters, webinars Podcast and CP Tools. Develop / Fine tune exhibitions strategy based on Shopper Insights and analytics. Develop Selling Stories for Customers to capitalize business opportunities Use Syndicated Information: Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby and Data POS as a competitive advantage to identify Business opportunities by customers for Colgate-Palmolive categories
**What You Will Do**
- Support Retail Category Development process / Services (Category Knowledge / Category Optimization / Customers collaboration)
- Category analysis and periodic evaluation, detecting opportunities and insights thereof
- Development of category growth plans
- Monitoring and Implementation of shelf strategy for the client of its different formats
- Generate ad-hoc portfolio strategy for the region or business format
- Measurement of critical metrics for category development
- Creation of reports and scorecards to measure category performance
**What You Need (Required Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related
- At least 2-3 years in Sales or Marketing positions / preference consumer goods
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Microsoft Office Tools (Excel) and Google Tools knowledge
- Desirable experience with Technology and Ecommerce topics (proposals and/or develop new initiatives).
- Advanced English Level
