We are looking to hire a Identity & Access Management (ISIM) Administrator to join our team. This position will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of granting, changes and revoking access to critical enterprise systems.

**Responsibilities**:
Process system access change requests.

Ensure access requests submitted in the system; and are completed and fully documented in ServiceNow.

Work with requested to clarify access request which are ambiguous and/or not properly.

Perform key control activities (segregation of duties), reconciliations, and ensure all required process steps are completed without exception.

Meet or exceed management SLAs for management of tickets.

Liaise with the business to secure timely access approvals.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience with provisioning and de-provisioning end-user access

IBM ISIM Platform experience

ServiceNow ticketing system

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
