**What you will be doing**

Coordinate new/participating hotel activations, solicitations, terminations, and any ongoing communication with OTA´s and 3rd Party Distribution, always aiming for improving incremental revenue opportunities via approved online distribution channel

Understand predictive analytics and deliver revenue monthly, quarterly, and annually

Proactively audit and analyze Special Rate Plans (SRPs), rates, accounts, and regular review for content relevancy in all platforms

**What you need for the role**

Self-starter, well organized, very detailed and self-assured at times, willing to take ownership of responsibilities, and possess a high level of positive energy and drive

Deep knowledge of the Leisure wholesale B2B and B2C customer procurement strategies, structure, businesses, and commonalities

Strong communication and outstanding customer service skills (verbal, written), while employing diplomacy with high-level executives and customers within the organization on a global scale

Strong account development and problem-solving skills

Critical thinking and both quantitative and qualitative analytics skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths/weaknesses of alternative and differentiated solutions, conclusions, or perspectives to a problem

Strong negotiation skills that can be used to capitalize on value for internal and external partners

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to balance multiple priorities and optimally handle concurrent demands to prioritize responsibilities

Autonomous work ethic to work independently with mínimal direction

Three (5+) years of professional selling experience in the Leisure sales segment

Three (3) years of experience in hospitality; specifically with experience in distribution, revenue management, sales, or other relevant function

Experience maintaining national/global accounts

**Desirable experience**

Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and Tableau

Two (2) years of experience working in the distribution space and/or directly with third-party channels
