**您将做的**
- 巡查酒店的所有区域，并协助客人进入房间
- 监控安全问题来源并进行每日物质危害检查
- 应对事故并在紧急情况下协助客人/员工
- 消除对客人的干扰，并在必要时护送个人离开酒店
- 进行调查，收集证据，并促进与相关方的面谈
- 完成所需的轮班报告并维护所有防损文件的机密性
