Monitoring and coordination of Customs procedures. Daily report to internal clients on the status of their shipments. Attention to requests, requirements and complaints regarding customer operations. Manage the operation of import, export and various regime dispatches, with the various logistics operators. Manage and fulfill requirements for release and delivery to customer premises. Input of incidents to SINTAD. Report and digitize boarding incidents, prior capacity, etc. Manage payments to third parties and regularize them. Prepare documents for billing and filing.

**Requirements**:

- Customs Technician or Clearance Assistant, have customs certification.
- Have a Dispatch Assistant card.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in the area of Customs Agency operations.

**Responsabilities**:

- Carry out operational procedures before Air and Maritime Customs.
- Presentation of files.
- Entry and removal of cargo from customs warehouses.
- Prior recognition and physical capacity.
- Carry out the procedure to obtain the stamps (V°B°).
- Removal of both air and sea cargo from the different import warehouses.
- In exports, obtain the seal for regularization before Customs confirming that the cargo has left the country.
- Boarding controls in air and sea areas.
- Documentary review of exports and imports.
- Procedures in temporary deposits.
- Carry out merchandise labeling.
- Sometimes carry out the urgent V°B° procedure to manage advance shipments.
- All those additional functions inherent to your position.

**Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of the General Customs Law and its Regulations.
- Knowledge of tariff classification, taxation and customs valuation.
- Know the table of sanctions applied to violations of the General Customs Law. Knowledge of antidumping or countervailing duties.
- Extensive knowledge in management, procedures and administration of import and export offices; temporary and suspensive, knowledge of procedures: capacity, physical examination, senasa, inrena, entry, etc.
- Knowledge and use of SINTAD customs software.
