Energy Advisor

We are looking for an **Energy Advisor,** this will be the first point of contact with prospective customers and will work to facilitate further discussion between the prospective customer and a Shine Solar Energy Consultant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Makes outbound phone calls to homeowners who have requested more information on going solar.
- Runs customers through the pre-approval process to ensure they qualify for solar.
- Identifies potential customers.
- Interacts with customers showing genuine interest and appreciation.
- Customizes energy products or services to meet customers' needs.
- Explains basic financial information to customers.
- Provides basic technical information about solar power, solar systems, equipment, and services to potential customers.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in similar position
- Advance English
- Attentive to details with excellent follow-through skills.
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly on the phone.
