We're a dynamic, growing education company looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Billing Coordinator. Responsibilities include processing invoices, scheduling payments, answering phones, and running the overall accounts payable department.

This is a **REMOTE** position with a **work-from-home option** and hours of 9 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday. Complete training will be provided.

- Function independently and jointly in a fast-paced team environment.
- Possess exceptional attention to detail.
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized and thorough.
- Maintain familiarity and working knowledge of smartphone technology.
- Must have access to fast internet access.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Higher Required.
- 4 + years of work experience in billing/accounting is required.
- Knowledge of Quick Books online is a must.
