We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, who takes pride in organization, and has a positive attitude to enable relationship building throughout our company. You must be comfortable managing day-to-day project accountabilities and coordinating project timelines and statuses both verbally and in writing.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Project manage all client requests from plan to build
- Responsible for project timeline creation, tracking of related and impacted tasks, macro and micro prioritization of projects and stakeholder communication
- Daily management via Jira for client initiatives, production defect tickets and other miscellaneous requests to ensure prioritization and deadlines are met
- Engage with client teams to provide strategic direction, status updates and release milestones
- Be accountable to internal and external client deadlines
- Serve as the tactical go between for requests with all stakeholders, rolling up concise updates and eliminating roadblocks to achieve goals.

**Requirements**:

- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
- Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to meet deadlines
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work
- Confidence to drive a team to get the best results for a project
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office and JIRA
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle is preferred
