Kenvue is currently recruiting for Sales Force Effectiveness & Capability Development Manager. This position reports into Senior Sales Operations & Capabilities Manager

What will you do: Responsible for defining and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to assess the effectiveness of our sales force. They will continuously develop, evaluate, and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for defining and implementing KPI/OKR to assess the effectiveness of the sales force, continuously developing (using CDEA Module), evaluating and refining sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Accountable for emphasizing the significance of an efficient and productive sales team, establishing a route-to-market system for sales fundamental improvement, and achieving specific OKRs related to store coverage, monthly active outlets, and distribution points to enhance sales opportunities.
- Accountable for designing and managing incentive programs and recognition initiatives to motivate the sales team, drive desired behaviors, and acknowledge outstanding achievements and contributions. Collaborating with HR to ensure fair and transparent performance evaluations that may impact incentive and reward structures.
- Accountable for establishing KPI/OKR to measure the effectiveness of the Sales Operations contractual team and Agency. Collaborating with procurement to select the appropriate Merchandiser agency in line with the company's requirements.
**Qualifications**:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in sales.
- Good communication in English, both speaking & writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and best practices.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business-related activities.
