**What the role is**
- Creating artworks for special projects, small brandings, posters, flyers, and large scale

printing materials
- Social Media assets, web displays and digital campaigns is a plus
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Advanced knowledge of website and newsletter platforms.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations and designs.
- Use the appropriate Brand guidelines & layouts for each project.
- Work with copywriter and brand team to produce the final design.
- A/B Test graphics across various media.
- Timely edit designs after feedback rounds.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand standards.

- Collaborate with marketing managers (CRM & Acquisition) to develop on-brand

compelling design concepts, artwork, and layouts for multichannel and integrated

marketing efforts
- Translate product positioning, research & data, and offline/online marketing strategies

into effective digital designs.
- Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning.
- Translate wireframes into simple, easy-to-use user interfaces.
- Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touchpoints; ensure

that all materials are within the current style and tone guidelines

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design - advantage
- Animation & illustration skills

- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphic projects
- Strong skills with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator,

After Effects, InDesign)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Languages: Advanced English, other is a plus.
- Experience with website building and games is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of website and newsletter platforms.
