**Core Responsibilities**:
- **TikTok Affiliate Mastery**: Leverage your expertise in TikTok's Affiliate program to identify and engage influencers who can authentically promote our brand and drive sales through creative and compelling content.
- **Campaign Strategy and Execution**: Lead the negotiation of partnership terms, including compensation, content expectations, and timelines. Take charge of campaigns from planning and negotiation to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Utilize analytics to assess campaign impact, deriving insights to continuously improve our influencer strategy and partnerships on TikTok.
- **Industry Trends and Competitive Analysis**: Keep an eye on the evolving digital marketing landscape, especially within TikTok and Amazon, to identify innovative opportunities for influencer collaborations and stay ahead of the competition.
- **Essential Experience**: Demonstrable experience with TikTok Affiliate marketing and influencer outreach is mandatory. Experience with Amazon Creator programs is a plus, but not required, as training can be provided.
- **Communication Excellence**: Exceptional communication skills are crucial for building relationships, alongside strong negotiation abilities.
- **Project Management Skills**: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects efficiently, demonstrating excellent organizational capabilities.
- **Technical and Platform Proficiency**: Solid understanding of influencer marketing platforms and trends, especially on TikTok, with a willingness to learn about Amazon’s ecosystem if necessary.
Pay: S/.2,500.00 - S/.3,500.00 per month
