Funciones:

- Revisar y complementar información para la actualización de los procedimientos e instructivos de producción.
- Apoyar con la actualización de procedimientos, instructivos, en caso sea requerido.
- Apoyar con las diferentes capacitaciones internas de temas relacionados a producción.
- Seguimiento constante y verificación del cumplimiento de procedimientos en la ejecución del proceso productivo.
- Realizar auditorías internas relacionadas al cumplimiento de BMP, HACCP, FSCC2200 y otros.
- Apoyar con el seguimiento del cumplimiento del programa de producción y envasado.
- Apoyar con el seguimiento del cumplimiento del plan de mantto preventivo mensual.
- Apoyar con la gestión efectiva de los inventarios de las diferentes bodegas de producción.
- Apoyar en la gestión de levantamiento de observaciones de temas relacionados a Calidad y Seguridad.
- Plantear y lograr mejoras en procesos para incremento de productividad y eficiencia en las líneas de producción y envasado.
- Participar en la implementación de mejoras de proceso.
- Mantener comunicación constante con el supervisor de producción y las áreas de soporte.

Habilidades requeridas

Formación: Universitario de las carreras de Ing. Industrial, Alimentos, Mecatrónica o a fines.

Experiência: Deseable haber hecho practicas pre-profesionales en áreas similares.

Conocimiento: Excel, inglés nível intemedio, visio, sistemas de calidad, BPM, HACCP, FSSC22000 y manejo de equipos de producción.

Competencias: Comunicación eficaz, trabajo en equipo, liderazgo, proactivo.
