**Job Description**:
**About the role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Exchange Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Seniors Exchange Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our Microsoft Exchange on-premises, and Microsoft 365 environment. Your expertise will be essential in providing outstanding system support, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our infrastructure.

Also, you will:

- Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with Microsoft Exchange on-premises and Microsoft 365 environment.
- Work collaboratively with a global and diverse team to perform administrative functions and develop the platform.
- Provide third level operational support within messaging environment.
- Work closely with first and second level support teams to provide quality customer service.
- Work closely with external partners providing support to internal systems.
- Identify, develop, and document operational processes.
- Plan and execute server migrations to ensure seamless transitions and mínimal downtime.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to streamline operations.
- Provide enterprise-level system support, responding to and resolving customer issues within established SLAs.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation to facilitate efficient troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning.
- Conduct system-wide software installations and upgrades to ensure a secure and up-to-date environment.

**Travel requirements**:
5- 10% Domestic and International Travel

**Qualifications**:
**About You**:

- You love glass and care about sustainability and the planet
- You have bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in Information Technology or relevant business experience.
- 5+ years Active Directory and PowerShell scripting experience
- 5+ years customer service or service desk related function
- You know how to document and write process
- Skills in supporting Exchange on-premises and online.
- Certifications in Microsoft Exchange 2016 and Office 365
- You have good knowledge of other messaging systems
- Experience managing complex issues involving multiple teams, high-profile problems, system/process integrations, and delivery to customers
- You’re a good communicator with a strong ability to be proactive and show initiative.
- You love challenges, working in a very collaborative environment
