Dms Manager

- Apoyar a los TMs en la gestión de la fuerza de ventas (Rutina Básica y de la ruta de administración del cumplimiento) la cual deberá ser auditada. - Asegurar el fiel cumplimiento por parte de Agentes y Distribuidores de la normativa de ley de la Super Intendencia. Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocios, mejora continua, sistematización y digitalización de procesos claves de S&D. - Cumplir con los KPIs del canal Retail. Administrar de manera eficiente todos los recursos de los canales de venta y distribución, incluyendo personal, funcionamiento y aprovechamiento de todos los recursos inmuebles y técnicos. - Diseñar la estrategia comercial de Distribución para Tigo. Dirigir y guiar al equipo de DMS en aras de asegurar el rendimiento de nuestro equipo de ventas (utilizando varios KPI, incluidas las existencias, la participación en el mercado, el número de minoristas, - Evaluar y contrarrestar la actividad competitiva de su territorio.Analizar la información interna. Revisar las tendencias y analizar los informes para mejorar el rendimiento y el soporte comercial. - Garantizar herramientas de PDV, mantenimiento del número de PDV / PDA. Segmentación de PDV/PDA/ Agentes. Monitoreo de KPIs clave que permite que las recargas crezcan. - Garantizar que el catálogo de cubos de información esté al día, para brindar el apoyo al personal comercial. Responsable de administrar CIS, y todas las funciones de Back Offices de S&D para garantizar que todos los temas operativos estén resueltos. - Planificar de las actividades del equipo de DMS, auditorías mensuales de cada territorio.Notificar y dar seguimiento de incumplimientos de la ejecución de la estrategia comercial al Director de S&D, Territory Managers y Distribuidores
