**The Position**

Professional who will analyze business processes, identify technology solutions, and ensure efficient and effective utilization of IT resources to support the organization’s goals.

**Responsibilities & Tasks**
- Running reports and identify crucial errors in data entry in the claims management system.
- Identify and report ongoing requirements for claims management system based on evolving business needs.
- Work with large amounts of data and compare data from different modules in system to look for missing information using excel and other data analysis tools.
- Identify possible patterns in errors and missing information which would help in rectifying the system requirements.
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
- Communicate key insights and findings to product team.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.

- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
