The Siemens Electrification & Automation team in Perú is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager. You will be the main responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the happiness of our customers. You will work closely with the project team to develop and maintain a project schedule, ensure the acquisition of supplies and materials, and track project progress.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with project objectives and maintain adequate communication with the customer.
- Work within a project framework and coordinate any identified need for the project within the team.
- Be responsible for the supply of materials to complete projects.
- Review plans and specifications and participate in project cost reviews.
- Review project specifications and project-specific documents to establish project intent.
- Track resources and project progress.
- Lead project events, risks, and opportunities that impact the schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency.
- Coordinate and pursue project-specific billing; coordinate with controlling team.
- Schedule project-specific commissioning resources and provide commissioning documentation.
- Expedite the return of project-specific mark-ups for as-built development.
- Complete project-specific close-out documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Electrical or Electronic Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Validated experience, of at least 3 years, in the role.
- Knowledge and understanding of medium voltage systems and protection & control systems for substations.
- Ability to work on a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability to work in Lima, Perú.
