**Sobre el rol**:
Como un **_Senior Technical Tribe lead_**_,_** formarás parte de un equipo tecnológico y ágil altamente calificado por respaldar y desarrollar soluciones de vanguardia para cumplir con los requisitos de nuestro negocio. Nos ayudará a acelerar los resultados empresariales de nuestros clientes mediante la innovación de productos digitales de vanguardia.
Algunos de tus deberes esenciales y responsabilidades laborales del día a día serán:
- Diseña propuestas técnicas para las mejoras funcionales que aporten a solucionar las necesidades del negocio desde digital y tecnología.
- Propone, evalúa y supervisa a los crews sobre el desarrollo y la certificación de los cambios en las aplicaciones
- Velar por la estabilidad y sostenibilidad de las aplicaciones de la tribu, elaborando también workarounds en caso existan fallas o caídas de las aplicaciones.
- Promover la ejecución de deuda técnica identificada que aporten a los objetivos de la tribu durante el pre-work del Plan Trimestral.
- Promover las mejoras prácticas técnicas de software, alineadas al desarrollo ágil.
**Requisitos para la vacante**:
- Experiência mínima de 3 años como líder técnico
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en iniciativas ágiles y escalado de agilidad
- Experiência mínima de 5 años participando en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web y/o móviles haciendo uso de tecnologías como Java, NodeJS, Kotlin y/o Angular
- Experiência mínima de 2 años trabajando sobre proyectos cloud con Azure
- Conocimiento sólido sobre arquitectura de software (Microservicios, serverless y orientado a eventos)
- Conocimiento sólido sobre buenas prácticas, patrones y principios de desarrollo de software
- Conocimiento sobre CI/CD
