Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and prioritize project backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and team members
- Establish project goals and objectives and ensure they are communicated effectively to all team members.
- Manage project scope and schedule throughout the project lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that all team members are on track to meet project goals and objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the organization's quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Experience working with multiple distributed teams across the globe.
- Comfortable balancing varied skill sets and experience levels of team members from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Hands-on experience using Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies to manage projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage conflicts and negotiate solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex problems.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team members from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or Jira.
- Experience as a software developer is a plus.

Pay: S/.7,500.00 - S/.8,500.00 per month
