**_ Regulatory and Life Capital Advisor_**
- We are seeking a highly motivated Regulatory and Life Capital Advisor who will provide support to our regional team in Reinsurance._
- This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our office in Lima._

What the day will look like_**
- Develop the consulting initiative for the Andean region leveraging on the worldwide proposal of Strategy and Technology Group
- Implementation and execution of capital solution initiatives and alternatives for life, health and pension portfolios.
- Business generation through reinsurance proposals linked to new accounting and regulatory capital regimes.
- Development of traditional reinsurance businesses, both facultative and contracts with strategic clients.
**_ Skills and experience that will lead to success_**
- Experience: At least 15 years of experience in insurance or reinsurance positions.
- Technical knowledge: Risk management, actuarial and reinsurance, IFRS17, Solvency II
- Studies and/or specialties: finances, actuarial sciences, administration.
- English: Intermediate
- Advanced level
**_ What will the typical day be like?_**
Business Development Broker and strategic solutions. Create and prospect new reinsurance business for insurance companies
and final insureds using non-traditional reinsurance methodologies and solutions.
