Commercial Department Head

Telecommunications company is looking for the best profile to fill the position of head of the Commercial Department.,

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS
1.Sales channels/ Sales staffs/ Sales policy/ Post-sales KPI evaluation
2.Elaboration Business Plan of the Month (sales target, open new sales channels, )
3.Approve and control weekly sales campaigns
4.Training to Commercial department
5.Interview new sales staffs
6.Check and prove plan of goods distribution and goods inventories plan.
7.Advertising Plan of Branding and Trade Marketing
8.Make and maintain relationships with organizations, entities, regional government organizations.
9. Execution & supervision monthly plan and Campaign Plan.
10. Market analysis (Networks, products, commission policies, customer survey).
COMPLEMENTARY FUNCTIONS
1.Participate in monthly target

achievement meetings with the central office.
2.Other functions entrusted by his/her hierarchical superior, inherent to his/her job position.
3.Comply and enforce compliance with internal company rules and policies.
