Descripción:

- Generate, analyze, and report the main business indicators and financial projections; make business planning management reports, analyze the variations of the period versus the projections and explain the main deviations. Support Regional FP&A Supervisor in the analysis, planning and management of budget and forecast processes. Support and report information related to the financial management of regional events, promotions, and business initiatives, to support decision-making._

Calificaciones:

- Direct Support in consolidation of the SAMCAM P&L.
- Analyze the deviations of SAMCAM P&L between what was projected and what was realized, explaining the main variations Regional Management.
- Control, evaluation, follow-up, and monitoring of the main financial and commercial KPIs: VP, Daily Sales, Net sales, forecast accuracy, Marketing Fund, Opex, Capex and OI target. Including monthly review and monitoring of the Marketing Fund by initiatives, Events, Promotions and aligning strategies according to the Budget defined for the country. Also, support the Pricing process analysis.
- Responsible for uploading the regional forecast to the OneStream system and communicating. Supervise the load in the Onestream system of the Headcount, specifically the Labor & Benefit accounts.
- Support SAMCAM Countries for the maintenance of the approval’s platform according to the current Approvals Matrix.
- Prepare and participate in the evaluation of business indicators, identifying opportunities and risks during the analysis of financial reports, and requests from the SAMCAM Countries and/or parent company.
- Comply with Herbalife's guidelines and policies for the control of the indicators, to contribute to the optimization of processes.
- Contribute to build of the Regional FP&A work team by providing direct support and being recognized as a Business Partner for the SAMCAM Countries.
