Responsibilities & Tasks:

- Review and document the current procedures used to manage the Company.
- Address any weaknesses identified in the control environment.
- Identify and test key controls on a regular basis
- Prepare a quarterly report for the board on the status of the control environment
- Work with finance to get an annual SOC 1 attestation for the Company

**Profile**:

- Fully qualified accountant with 2 to 3 years post qualification accounting and audit experience in financial service industry.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Willingness to take initiative and be comfortable working in a small dynamic environment.

**Salary**: S/.3,200.00 per month
