**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Generates changes to positively impact an entire team or instigates a minor feature or service
- Receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on new tasks
- Translates ideas into projects
- Gives guidance and unlocks others on your team
- Sought after by others as a technical reference
- Seeks design / architecture or specialized input when needed
- Makes good informed decisions on technical debt
- Communicates with non-technical team members to provide technical advice

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- At least 03 years of experience
Java 8

Springboot
- Hibernate
- Database: Mysql
- Redis
- Microservices
- Clean code, SOLID, TDD
- Queue management
- Unit testing (JUnit)
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (at least the basics)
- Scripting Tools (Bash, Python - Desired)
- Azure knowledge (Desirable)
- Agile Methodology (SCRUM) (Indispensable)
- Agile practices (TDD, BDD, others) (Desirable)

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
Technical or Bachelor
