**About the role**:
Your mission as an Instructional Designer will be to Lead, accompany and execute the course planning process ensuring the educational quality of all our productions. Differentiate Crehana from other platforms through the quality of our content and the impact it generates on our students.

**You will be able to**:

- Join the Course Production process, managing to define a clear and objective communication with the rest of the stakeholders.
- Get more deeply involved in the Instructional Design stage, working hand in hand with the (EPO) Production Planners and Hubs.
- Make several proposals and get 02 to escalate to the educational methodology of Crehana.
- Be the owner of the Instructional Design process, and be ready to see Learning Design on a larger scale.
- Being in a position of understanding of audiovisual and educational quality to give feedback to the rest of the people in the process.
- Have high control and understanding of Course Paid Ratings and Completion Rates metrics.

**You should have**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- English and Spanish professional proficiency.
- Data driven
- Student centric
- Organization and autonomy
