Sr Manager Accounting

**Purpose**:
Secures financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, reporting, supervising staff; ensure that accounting records and documentation comply with the requirements of the Group Finance Manual.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meets accounting financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions
- Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls
- Verifies accuracy of data and data processing of accounting related information
- Has full responsibility for accounts payable systems and prepaid orders, including receipt of invoices, reviewing for approvals and account numbers requesting checks or processing interdepartmental transfers and invoice cancellation
- Prepares monthly intercompany reconciliation
- Plan and manage accounting procedures, ensure month and year-end balance correctly reflect the economic-financial reality of the company
- Full responsability over internal and external audit
- Supervise creation of financial reports according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local GAAP
- Provides training to workers in both orally and writing form on accounting systems, principles and practices Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained
Experience working with a share service organization
Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices
Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
10 Years of work experience
Minimun 5 years leading high performance teams
SAP knowledge
Advanced English
