**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Support**
- Act as a strategic partner to the founders, assisting in the development and execution of organizational goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with leadership to align business strategies and ensure cross-functional teams are working toward shared objectives.
**Operational Oversight**
- Streamline organizational workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and monitor progress on company initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
**Project Management**
- Oversee and execute special projects as assigned by the executive.
- Coordinate resources, track milestones, and deliver comprehensive updates.
**Executive Support**
- Manage the executive’s schedule, including prioritization of meetings and events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the executive.
- Represent the executive in meetings when necessary.
**Communication and Collaboration**
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between the executive and other departments to ensure clarity and alignment.
**Leadership and Decision-Making**
- Analyze complex situations, provide insights, and recommend solutions to support decision-making.
- Act as a leader in the organization, fostering collaboration and a culture of accountability.
**Crisis and Change Management**
- Act swiftly and decisively in response to urgent or high-stakes situations.
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption.
**Qualifications**
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in a strategic, managerial, or operations-focused role (e.g., management consulting, project management, or executive leadership).
**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to process complex information and propose actionable solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Asana, etc,
