**Job Description**:
AECOM is seeking for an experienced Expropriation and Affected Services Manager in Lima, Peru.
**The responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
+ Possesses thorough job knowledge and is competent in all aspects of the job including strong proficiency in enterprise document management, relational databases, and internet based project collaboration systems.
+ Responsible for project administration in area of document management (home office and field).
+ Oversees internal and external document review process.
+ Maintains proper document configuration management in support of engineering and construction.
+ Interfaces with project material control, scheduling, expediting, and client engineering to ensure time/cost effectiveness of all documentation activities.
+ Demonstrates the ability to effectively lead the information management function on a small to medium sized project.
+ Assumes mentoring and training roles as required.
+ Delegates, supervises and evaluates subordinate’s work assignments.
+ Provides necessary training to Project Information Management department personnel.
**Qualifications**:
+ BA/BS in Civil Engineering + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience in expropriation and affected services of transportation civil works and/or education
+ Fluency of English language
Preferred
+ 10+ years of experience in expropriation and affected services of transportation civil works
