As a Mainframe z/OS Specialist, you will act as a technical escalation point for Systems Management Specialists and provide technical leadership to internal delivery teams, customers, and Kyndryl Account Teams regarding all technical discussions, major incidents, complex RFS activities etc.

Additionally, you will work closely with customers to review the IT environment, work on remediating technological gaps, develop remediation plans and provide technical recommendations.

Required Technical and Professional Experience:

- 6 years of experience in handling incidents and requirements in z/OS platform
- Senior level experience with MF z/OS infrastructure platform
- Solid knowledge of z/OS operating systems
- Desired some knowledge of BCP environment
- Lead the source environment analysis
- Knowledge with Mainframe Source env (z/OS) Security, Storage, MWE on z/OS systems
