The Facility Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facility. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment for all employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate space planning and office moves.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Oversee janitorial and cleaning services.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control for facility-related expenses.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and asset management.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in facility management or related role
- Advanced English level of communication
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Preferred Skills:
- IFMA Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification
- Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures
