**Key Responsibilities**:

- Works with team to define detailed solutions for specific requirements.
- Provides analysis for technical solutions based on requirements.
- Troubleshoots technical issues.
- Perform code reviews.
- Identify data quality issues and support the data governance initiative by participating in related activities including data profiling.
- Be an active participant in our Agile/Scrum discussions and processes
- Design data-centric solutions to enable the business to achieve operational goals.
- Actively mentor peers, developing their expertise and inspiring others to innovate
- Create ad-hoc queries and reports as requested and provide on-going analytical support for these requests.
- Coordinates consistency in the custom report requests coming from account managers and clients.
- Creates development standards and ensures adoption by the team through training and documentation.
- Provides training on the presentation of reports and assists in the presentation of approved reports. Helps develop report specifications.

**Qualitifications**:

- A minimum of 3 years software or business intelligence development experience
- Strong knowledge of and experience with BI reporting tools (e.g. WebFOCUS, PowerBI, Cognos).
- Strong knowledge of and experience with SQL.
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with ETL Tools (e.g. Apache Airflow, SSIS).
- Expertise in cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with source and version-control toolsets (e.g. Git).
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis and the use of business software including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and the ability to use database and other reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of and experience developing dashboards using data visualization tools.
- Experience in an Atlassian JIRA service desk environment and Confluence or similar ticketing and collaboration tools.
- Four year college degree or a combination of education and industry work experience that is equivalent.
- Strong preference given to experience in Benefits Administration / Consumer-Driven Account-Based Benefits (HRA/FSA/HSA).
- Excellent time management, communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
- Must have the ability to make decisions and coordinate with others in a time sensitive environment.
