Por encargo de nuestro cliente, importante y reconocida compañía transnacional del sector de equipos y maquinarias, nos encontramos en búsqueda del mejor talento para ocupar el puesto de **Product Support.**
**MISIÓN Y OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO**:
- Proporcionar asesorías técnicas comerciales a la fuerza de ventas, soporte y servicio, en relación con la línea de producto. Estableciendo estándares de innovación a través de todas las unidades funcionales y operativas que intervienen en el servicio de la marca, con el objetivo de mantener a la vanguardia en los nuevos productos y tecnología, contribuyendo a impulsar la venta de los equipos en el mercado de Chile y Perú.
- Proporcionar asesorías técnicas comerciales a todas las unidades funcionales y operativas que intervienen en el servicio de la línea de producto (fuerza de ventas, soporte y servicio) en relación con estándares de innovación, con el objetivo de mantener a la vanguardia la marca, contribuyendo a impulsar la venta de los equipos en el mercado de Chile y Perú.
**FUNCIONES**:
- Realizar capacitaciones y entregar soporte en relación con la línea de productos Linde, permitiendo ser los representantes técnico comercial de la marca y sus productos.
- Mantener y elevar los estándares de calidad de servicio, innovación y nuevas tecnologías.
- Capacitar al equipo de ventas en los productos de la compañía, en los ya existentes y los nuevos, definiendo grupos o personas y temáticas que deben ser abordados.
- Asesorar y dando soporte en la definición de las necesidades del cliente.
- Contribuir a la optimización de los procesos a través de asesorías técnicas, a las sucursales y/o unidades operativas.
- Comunicación con fábrica, siendo el intermediario entre la fuerza de venta y las fábricas para gestionar los requerimientos específicos
- Lograr que los requerimientos a fabrica cumplan con los tiempos de respuestas y estándares de calidad de los productos.
- Investigar y desarrollar el análisis de la tendencia del mercado mundial.
- Lograr anteponerse a las posibles necesidades del mercado que abarca la compañía.
- Promover en el equipo de venta la estrategia comercial corporativa.
- Contribuir a alinear a la fuerza de venta con la estrategia de gerencia.
- Gestionar y administrar el CRM.
**Requisitos**:
- Ingeniero Civil Industrial, Ingeniero Civil Mecánico, Ingeniero Civil Eléctrico, Ingeniería Comercial, carrera afín
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en puestos transferibles y/o ligados a maquinarias.
- Excluyentes ingles avanzado
- Deseable alemán y/o francés básico
- Conocimientos en Auto CADS
- Disponibilidad para laborar en Lurín.
