Your field of responsibility

An opportunity to join Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking & Capital Markets team covering Peru and the wider LatAm region as an Analyst in Lima, Peru.

The Investment Banking & Capital Markets division consists of Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Market Solutions and Sector Coverage. It offers a broad range of investment banking services to corporations, financial institutions, financial sponsors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and sovereign clients.** **This diversity provides Analysts and Associates with numerous challenging and exciting opportunities, such as:

- Working across all investment banking products, including M&A, Leveraged Finance & Buy-Outs, IPO / Follow-on offerings and bond / hybrid issuances
- Generation of marketing material including designing & delivering targeted pitch books / supporting the banks efforts to win new business / marketing the solutions / writing investor reports and market analysis
- Coordination of internal processes and bringing together different teams involved in pitching and executing of transactions
- Understanding of key product offerings and financial modelling
- Verbal presentation of analysis and sections of pitches to clients of all levels
- Liaising with client’s other advisers, lawyers, accountants and other counterparties
- Developing technical expertise on the regulations and constraints governing the region
- Producing documents for CS internal approval processes
- Liaising with senior bankers on various internal and external firm building and coverage planning activities
- Leading and developing our interns and coordinating their work on projects, developing them through delegation of responsibility

- Evaluates routine problems in a systematic manner using established quantitative processes and tools

- Ability to concisely summarize and explain information to others, including clients
