Si eres un(a) apasionado (a) de los datos y te motiva generar insights valiosos para mejorar la toma de decisiones comerciales, esta es tu oportunidad. Como BI Specialist, serás responsable de brindar visibilidad sobre los principales KPIs del negocio, asegurando la calidad e integridad de la información.

Tu análisis será clave para identificar soluciones y oportunidades de negocio, trabajando con herramientas como Power BI y colaborando en la migración a plataformas de Big Data.

Propósito principal: Brindar visibilidad de todos los KPIs del negocio, asegurando la calidad e integridad de la información para facilitar una buena toma de decisiones comerciales. Proveer insights basados en análisis de datos que identifiquen soluciones a problemas comerciales y técnicos y oportunidades de negocio.

**Responsabilidades**:
- Brindar la visibilidad necesaria para la toma de decisiones comerciales para clientes Tigo del segmento B2C.- Acompañar con analítica del negocio de suscriptores.- Dar seguimiento a los principales KPIs de negocio.- Acompañar y solventar las necesidades de información comercial.- Asegurarse que todos los KPIs importantes del negocio están en reportes recurrentes y debidamente automatizados, según necesidad/posibilidad.- Desarrollar nuevas herramientas de análisis según las necesidades del negocio.- Garantizar que los KPIs del negocio posean la dimensionalidad/granularidad requerida para tomar decisiones informadas.- Generar bases de datos de acuerdo a las necesidades del negocio.- Mantenimiento diario de las bases de datos asegurando calidad y disponibilidad de la información.- Migración de procesos a plataforma de Big Data.- Promover el uso de herramientas de reportería de BI (Power BI)- Trabajar con Data Warehouse para asegurar una correcta arquitectura de datos.

Requisitos:
- Graduado en Ing. Sistemas, Lic. Computación, Ing. Comercial o afines- Experiência en análisis de base de datos (mínimo 2 años)- Experiência en manejo de bases de datos PL/SQL Oracle- Conocimiento avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)- Conocimiento y manejo de Power BI o herramientas de reportes BI- Deseable, conocimiento de Data Science y Machine Learning
