**The position requires**
- Required to be working on-site. Remote work is NOT an option but we have a strict **COVID** protocol in place for everyone’s safety.
- Be flexible to cover different starting shifts. We range from 6am-to 9am shifts.
- **Advanced level in English as a working language, proficient skills in both spoken and written (Qualifier).**:

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
- Strong organizational, detailed and goal-oriented person
- Ability to work under pressure and as team player.
- Raw Confidence, as you will be interacting with highly-educated and interesting clients; therefore, you will need to be comfortable explaining our processes and providing constant updates on their files.
- A fast learner individual as you will be handling several campaigns across different platforms of varying scopes. You will also need to be able to quickly pick up on new skills to deeply understand the processes at the core of our business.
- Ability to get things done as this position requires someone ambitious. If you learn quickly, we will give you the opportunity to take on different projects. If you are highly-organized, and consider yourself an analytical thinker, this is the chance to take a position that you will love.
- Adaptability to multi-cultural working environments.
- Have above-average typing skills. At least 25 WPM is required.
- Excel, Salesfore and Litify knowledge is a plus.
