**Key Responsibilities**:

- Keep up to date information infrastructure and provide refreshed information to different stakeholders.
- Update financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and sales commissions.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and performance tracking against KPIs.
- Analyze market trends, business performance, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
- Support senior management in preparing updated SG&A information so cost center owners can manage their spending according to budget.
- Lead the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate financial guidelines and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities; capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
