**What You Will Do**

The R&D lab manager and site EHS responsible person is responsible for the Environmental, Health & Safety compliance and initiative for Shanghai R&D site as well as day to day operation of personal care development labs and GMP pilot plant to ensure efficient and compliant operation.
- Key Responsibilities***
- Supported by EHS Subject matter expert, facility management team and manufacturing site to fulfil the role of EHS responsible person externally and internally to ensure site EHS compliance with regulation, internal standards as well as drive relevant initiatives for Healthy Life Mission
- Collaborate with QA team and scientists to maintain lab, warehouse, materials, and equipment as per relevant GMP standards and internal standards for personal care products.
- Represent R&D site for all EHS audit and represent personal care product development team for all lab related audit as well as follow through for all CAPA.
- Lead Site EHS& Quality working group to execute agreed plan for site and personal care lab.
- Ensure training plan and curriculum is appropriate and followed for team.
- Manage contractors and external vendors according to SOP and requirements to ensure execution excellence.

**Qualifications**:

Required Qualifications
- 8 yrs+ experiences in managing R&D lab, equipment, and materials.
- Basic EHS knowledge
- Ability to lead and manage personnels in various background and level.
- Desired Qualifications
- Written and oral English
- Knowledge on Sustainability
