Jr. Lawyer

**Responsibilities**
- Provide information, be part of negotiations with external parties as necessary, draft and review contracts, agreements, etc.
- Manage the litigation processes that the company has directly and/or with the support of external advisors.
- Provide support in the corporate legal matters of the company, and to its operator (or the related company) that the Legal Management entrusts.
- Review and analyze all the new Peruvian legal rules that could affect the activities of PERU LNG and its operator (or the corresponding company).
- Manage Peruvian government entities, permits, and administrative procedures.

**Requirements
- Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Peruvian University. Have a law degree (Recommended)
- Between 3 and 6 years of legal experience.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge and experience in Peruvian legislation.
- Fluency in English and Spanish both spoken and written.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
