¿Eres una persona proactiva, con habilidades para negociar y un enfoque estratégico? Entonces esta oportunidad es para ti Estamos en la búsqueda de un (a) B2B Collections Assistant que se encargará de gestionar el cobro a nuestros clientes asignados, utilizando diversas estrategias para maximizar la recuperación de cuentas por cobrar.
- Si te entusiasma el desafío de mejorar nuestros procesos de cobro y te gusta trabajar en un entorno dinámico y en constante evolución, queremos conocerte **Responsabilidades**:
- Realizar gestiones telefónicas o por medios escritos para lograr que se efectúen los pagos en las fechas establecidas- Coordinar ruta de mensajeros para entrega de facturas, gestión de Quedan, retiro de cheques, etc.- Conciliar y aplicar los pagos emitidos por los clientes, garantizando su correcto y oportuno registro.- Dar seguimiento a los compromisos de cobros adquiridos por los clientes- Control de documentos de cobro.- Custodia y cuadre de caja chica para el departamento de Finanzas

Experiência/Habilidades Clave Requeridas:
- Graduado o egresado en Lic. Administración de Empresas, Contaduría, Economía y Negocios o afines.- Experiência mínima de un año en posiciones similares- Experiência en uso de ERP (Oracle de preferencia)- Conocimiento intermedio de Excel- Deseable conocimiento intermedio de inglés
