**What we’re looking for**:
We are looking for a dedicated QA Manual to be responsible for designing and implementing test plans to improve the usability of our products. The QA Manual works with the development team to debug code, correct errors, and troubleshoot any issues with software code.

A successful QA Manual should be hard-working, have a strong working knowledge of software code and testing methodologies, and be a team player.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding customer use cases
- Dive deep into the software development, and developing QA approaches to measure confidence in the product
- Work directly with the development team and QA team to iteratively improve our software development process.
- Write a test plan and test cases without a formal specification.
- Adapt to testing in a development environment with little control over testing data

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent English level
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
- 4+ years of overall QA testing experience
- Ability to function collaboratively within teams of developers, scrum masters, product owners, etc
- Strong organization skills and the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects, with a high standard of quality
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- The ability to quickly shift priorities and adapt to change
